Why we built ZonGrow
We got tired of watching sellers lose orders to bad tools.
For 15+ years, our team at Experts InfoTech had been building software for hospitals, factories, schools and police departments. The work was rewarding — but a pattern kept surfacing: the businesses doing the best commerce were running on spreadsheets, sticky-taped ERPs, and a small army of staff copy-pasting tracking numbers between courier portals at 11pm.
We'd see the same story: a brand on Shopify one week, on Daraz the next, opening a POS the month after, hiring a warehouse team, and then drowning in disconnected tools that didn't talk to each other. The result was missed orders, fake COD, stockouts, and growth that stalled.
ZonGrow is what we wished existed: one cloud ERP that unifies every sales channel, every warehouse, and every courier — and that talks to the customer on the channel they actually use. SMS, WhatsApp, robo-call, the works.

Every feature we ship should let a 5-person team do the work of 50. If a tool doesn't multiply effort, we don't build it.

You own your data. You can export it any time, in any format, to any system. We charge for software, never for lock-in.

Experts InfoTech founded
Started as a small software house in Faisalabad, building custom solutions for local businesses.
First large-scale deployments
Delivered queue management, biometric attendance, and visitor management systems for public-sector clients across Pakistan.
International expansion
Opened delivery in the UK; shipped hospital management, fleet management, and digital signage products across MENA and South Asia.
ZonGrow v1
Launched the first version of ZonGrow as an internal tool for an online retail client. Within a year it was running their entire operation.
ZonGrow goes multi-tenant
Rebuilt as a true SaaS platform. Onboarded the first 50 multi-channel sellers.

Today ZonGrow powers online & multi-channel sellers across Pakistan, UAE, the UK and beyond — and we're just getting started.
